Engineering resonance
Founding partner cohort 2026 — by application You bring the audience. We build what they buy.

You built
the audience.
We build the
product.

A partnership for creators who've earned real trust but haven't turned it into a product yet. We handle the research, the build, and the systems behind the sale — you bring the audience and the credibility. We do well when your audience buys.

Continue

We believe most creators aren't short on audience. They're short on time — the hundred small decisions between "I should sell something" and an actual product in someone's hands.

Our working principle · 2026
The model

Not an agency.
A revenue partner.

Sponsorships and ads have a ceiling. A product you own doesn't. We build the product and the machinery behind it — together, not as your vendor.

What you bring

The audience.
The trust.

Years of showing up, answering questions, and being believed. That's the asset most companies spend crores trying to buy — you already have it.

What we bring

The product.
The plumbing.

We research what your audience will actually pay for, build it, and set up everything behind the sale — so you stay a creator, not a founder juggling checkout links and support tickets.

Who fits

Mid-sized. Trusted.
Still underselling yourself.

We're not chasing the biggest names — the biggest creators already have teams and products. We're looking for the ones with real trust and an obvious gap.

A clear niche An engaged audience Little to no owned monetisation Followers who trust your opinion
Fitness

Audience: people trying to build muscle or lose fat with a plan, not more advice.

Could look like: a 12-week training + nutrition system, with trackers and templates.
Career

Audience: students and early-career professionals hunting for their first real job.

Could look like: resume and LinkedIn templates, an interview framework, an application tracker.
Personal finance

Audience: young earners trying to budget, save, and invest their first salary properly.

Could look like: a budgeting system, expense tracker, and an investment checklist.
Exam prep

Audience: students preparing for competitive exams, drowning in scattered advice.

Could look like: a study planner, revision system, and templated timetables.
How it works

Six steps.
Nothing built on a guess.

We validate before we build, and we build before we launch. Here's the order we work in.

01

Research the audience

We study your content, comments, and DMs for the problem people keep bringing up — not the one we assume.

02

Validate before building

A poll, a waitlist, a story — we test real willingness to pay before a rupee goes into production.

03

Build the product

Ebook, template pack, tracker, mini-course — whatever solves the problem fastest, not whatever looks the most impressive.

04

Set up the sale

Landing page, checkout, payments, delivery, email or WhatsApp follow-up — the backend a launch actually needs.

05

Launch through your channels

You post it the way you already post — Reels, Stories, a pinned link. We hand you assets, not homework.

06

Measure, then improve

Conversion, refunds, drop-off — we read the data and fix what's actually broken before the next launch.

Illustrative, not a promise

What this can look like, done well.

A fitness creator with 75,000 followers, no product of their own, mostly sponsorship revenue. Their audience keeps asking one question. We turn that question into a product and launch it through their channels.

300 buyers × ₹1,499
≈ ₹4.5L gross from one launch — no ad spend, no audience built from scratch

Illustrative example, not a guaranteed outcome — actual results depend on the audience, the offer, and how well it's launched.

Also by the praxis — for D2C brands, our flagship system, the Content Engine, ships virality-scored Instagram Reels, performance-guaranteed.

Scroll on to see how it works ↓

We believe the best D2C brands in India don't need more content. They need better thinking — engineered weekly, scored before it ships, and compounded over a year.

Our working principle · 2026
The honest part

Most agencies sell volume.
We engineer resonance.

Posts shipped is the wrong metric. Saves per impression is the right one. Here's what changes when you measure the second.

The typical path

Ship volume.
Hope something lands.

Your current agency fires thirty posts a month. You review metrics: millions of impressions. You open Instagram and see... nothing that moves. Your audience scrolls past like everyone else's content.

The praxis way

Engineer for resonance.
Then measure it.

We ship twelve a month — each one designed against your category's top performers, your audience's actual saves, and the virality patterns we've studied across ten thousand skincare reels. Every script is vetted by our validity predictor before it reaches production.

Method

Five stages.
One compounding loop.

We don't write posts. We build a system that learns your brand, reads your category, and gets sharper each week it's in your hands.

01 / 05
Listen first
01

Listen first.

Weeks 1–2

Before we write a word, we audit ninety days of your content, five competitors, and ten thousand viral skincare reels — mapping the language your audience already loves, and the language they quietly scroll past.

Audit · 10,000 reels analyzed
02

Map the strategy.

Per Reel · the brief

Every Reel begins with a decision, not a calendar slot. We choose its format, hook type, content pillar, and the single job it's hired to do — so nothing ships just to fill a date.

Per Reel · format → hook → pillar
03

Engineer the hook.

Before production

Each hook is vetted by our validity predictor before a rupee of production is spent — if the model says it won't resonate, it's reworked or cut. The script is empathy-first, with open loops engineered at the eight- and twenty-second marks.

Per hook · validity-predicted
04

Produce with intent.

The build

Cover frame, caption, and shot list are briefed with reference and intent. Then the finished Reel clears a second gate — hook strength and watch-through — before it ever reaches you.

Two gates · script + video
05

Measure, then retrain.

After every batch of ten

Each batch of ten is measured for outliers. The 5× winners set the direction for the next batch; what didn't land gets pruned. By week twelve, the engine knows your brand better than your last marketing hire did.

10X Batch · outlier-led retrain
The Engine

Six systems.
One quiet intelligence.

The engine isn't software you log into. It's the discipline behind every post — six systems that read your brand, your audience, and your category, then converge on one decision: what ships next.

Six systems converge on one decision: what ships next. Your brand's voice reads your audience's saves. Your audience's patterns inform which hook types to engineer. Your category's trend speed dictates when to retrain. Every system feeds the core — then the engine decides on format, script, visual direction, and posting time. Nothing is guessed. Everything is compounded.

The targets

The numbers we
engineer toward.

What the engine is built to deliver against your own pre-service baseline. We document it, sign it, and measure it with you monthly — and back it with the one number in writing: your retainer back if you don't beat your baseline in 90 days.

Monthly ReachTarget
3×
vs 1× typical plateau · in 60 days

Reach multiple the engine is built to hit within sixty days of going live. Benchmarked against 10,000+ analyzed skincare reels.

Your baseline is measured in week 1. We deliver 3× that by week 9.
Engagement Liftvs baseline
2.5×
vs 1.0× your starting point

Modeled lift in engagement rate versus each brand's pre-engine baseline, measured monthly.

Contractual floor is +40%. We build to beat it.
Save RateTop 2%
47%
vs ~12% skincare category median

Share of posts targeted into the 98th percentile for saves-per-impression. This is the metric the engine optimizes — not vanity reach.

Typical agency: 2.4 saves per 1K impressions · Praxis: 38
Brief → Livevs 21d
2.8days
vs 21 days industry average

Median days from brief to QC-passed Reel, ready to post. Includes two checks: script validity prediction + video hold-through rate.

Nothing ships until it clears both. Faster than agency, tighter than DIY.

We don't chase trends or ship on a vibe. We read your brand, your audience, and your category — then engineer the one post that earns a save. That is resonance.

The founder

Kartik Goswami

Kartik Goswami is the founder of the praxis, an AI content engine for D2C brands in India. He built the validity predictor at its core — a model that forecasts whether an Instagram Reel will resonate before a single frame is produced — after mapping more than 10,000 reels to learn what an audience saves versus scrolls past.

Based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, Kartik bootstrapped the praxis on a single conviction: content is a science problem — hooks, retention, prediction — not a vibes problem. Every Reel the praxis ships is engineered against that model and backed by a performance guarantee.

That same conviction is behind the praxis's creator partnerships — audience data and validation before a rupee goes into a product, not after. You can follow his work at @thepraxisin.

Money-Back Guarantee

If we don't beat your 90-day baseline, we don't keep your retainer. Your success is on us. That's the non-negotiable — measured, signed, and delivered.
